Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubit systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems in finance and logistics
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in quantum system integration
- Create fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for commercial deployment
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Conduct performance benchmarking of quantum processors against classical supercomputers
- Author technical whitepapers and patents in quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum computing platforms including IBM Q, Rigetti, and D-Wave
- Strong programming skills in Python, Qiskit, and quantum assembly languages
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science)
- Certification in quantum cloud services from major providers
