Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing solutions for enterprise clients across finance, healthcare, and logistics sectors
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning frameworks for real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor designs for fault-tolerant operations
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation and optimization
- Drive innovation in quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography
- Present breakthrough findings at premier global tech conferences and publish in Nature Physics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and cloud quantum platforms
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience leading quantum computing projects with budgets exceeding $5M
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
