Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum circuit architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies in noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Create quantum security protocols for next-generation cryptographic systems
- Drive quantum machine learning model integration with classical AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Proficiency with high-performance computing and distributed quantum systems
- Experience with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and computational complexity
- Track record of leading technical teams in quantum technology projects
