Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Develop quantum circuit optimization frameworks for near-term quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum solutions with classical HPC infrastructure
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Drive quantum computing roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry transformation goals
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international quantum conferences
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and researchers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed quantum computing research
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
