Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world applications

- Research breakthroughs in topological qubit stabilization techniques

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Proven track record of developing quantum algorithms
- Strong background in cryogenic quantum system design
- Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting/ion trap) integration
- Published research in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Security clearance preferred for government-contracted projects
