- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical architectures
- Optimize quantum circuit performance for NISQ-era hardware and future fault-tolerant processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors with custom gate sets
- Develop proprietary quantum simulation tools for industrial applications
- Author peer-reviewed publications and secure patents in quantum computing
- Drive quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years of quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerance thresholds
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals or conferences
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
