Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits and topological quantum systems
- Lead the development of quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Develop quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks for near-term practical applications
- Drive research initiatives in quantum supremacy and fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Mentor cross-functional teams in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and quantum simulation tools
- Secure patents and publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum simulation tools
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with superconducting qubit manipulation and quantum control systems
- Strong background in error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
