Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures using superconducting and photonic qubits
- Develop error mitigation protocols achieving 99.99% fidelity for 2026-scale systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical and materials science
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for real-world industrial deployment
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen financial systems
- Pioneer fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color, LDPC)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading quantum hardware-software integration projects
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and coherence time optimization
- Certification in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography preferred
