Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead quantum hardware integration projects with superconducting qubit systems
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with MIT Quantum Lab partners on quantum cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior quantum engineers through our in-house certification program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum computing (3+ papers)
- Proficiency with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and topological qubits
- Certification in quantum security protocols (NIST standards preferred)
