Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop error correction protocols for quantum systems beyond 2026 requirements
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize qubit stability and coherence
- Create quantum algorithms for cryptography, materials science, and AI optimization
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and industry conferences
- Advise on quantum technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Publication record in quantum computing or theoretical physics
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubits
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Proven track record of leading complex R&D projects
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST standards)
