Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead security audits for post-quantum cryptographic implementations
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Drive innovation through patent applications and academic publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum annealing and superconducting qubit systems
- Deep understanding of quantum complexity theory and quantum supremacy
- Strong background in cryptography and cybersecurity protocols
- Track record of leading technical teams through product launches
