Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for blockchain and financial systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Simulate quantum circuits using IBM Q and Rigetti platforms

- Document algorithms in peer-reviewed publications and whitepapers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Expertise in Shor's/Grover's algorithm implementations
- Publication record in quantum cryptography or complexity theory
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation frameworks
