Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures for 2026-era applications
- Develop AI optimization algorithms that leverage quantum annealing for NP-hard problems
- Create fault-tolerant quantum error correction systems for industrial-scale deployment
- Build neural networks compatible with quantum processors achieving quantum advantage
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into legacy enterprise systems
- Research and prototype novel quantum algorithms for 5+ year technological horizons
- Secure US patents for breakthrough quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Applied Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- 5+ years developing production-level AI systems at scale
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum complexity theory
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization techniques
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum hardware
- Portfolio demonstrating quantum advantage implementations
