Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum-neural hybrid computing systems for enterprise applications
- Develop proprietary quantum algorithms to accelerate AI training by 1000x
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and domain experts
- Design fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for real-world deployment
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies and IP portfolio expansion
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos, TED, and IEEE Quantum Summits
- Mentor next-gen quantum engineers through our fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum cloud platforms (IBM, Rigetti)
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with high-performance computing optimization
- Experience securing $10M+ in quantum research grants
