Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI architectures using Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and proprietary frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Optimize quantum machine learning algorithms for real-time data processing at scale
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to design quantum-coherent AI accelerators
- Publish research in Nature Quantum Information and IEEE Quantum Journal
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum-computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Published research in quantum AI or related fields
- Experience with neuromorphic computing architectures
- Strong background in distributed quantum networking protocols
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable system designs
