Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical neural networks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum error correction protocols
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI deployment in critical infrastructure systems
- Secure $5M+ in federal grants for quantum AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Quantum AI Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in TensorFlow/PyTorch with quantum circuit integration
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience with high-performance computing environments (HPC)
- Strong background in linear algebra, topology, and complexity theory
- Track record of securing government or corporate research funding
