Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for complex system optimization
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping 2026-generation quantum processors
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with neuroscience teams to create biologically-inspired AI models
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum machine learning methodologies
- Present findings at premier global tech conferences (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing environments
- Proven track record of securing government or corporate research grants
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration and calibration
