What You'll Accomplish:

Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid neural architectures for 2026-era applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams in quantum machine learning breakthroughs
- Develop proprietary quantum error correction algorithms for scalable AI systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-AI co-design
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier journals/conferences
- Translate theoretical models into production-ready quantum-AI frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning systems
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Strong background in theoretical physics and computational complexity
