Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants for frontier research
- Mentor postdoctoral candidates in quantum neural networks
- Ensure full compliance with quantum ethics and security frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Machine Learning (2020-2026)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum AI or top-tier computer science conferences
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into working prototypes
- Certification in Quantum Security Architecture (QSA) preferred
