Responsibilities
- Design quantum neural networks for unsolved optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for real-world deployment
- Lead experimental validation on 100+ qubit systems
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech on quantum error correction protocols
- Secure DARPA/NSF grants for frontier research
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
- Publish in Nature Quantum Information & Science
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq and quantum circuit optimization
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency with tensor networks and quantum simulation
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks
