Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating quantum computing with neural networks
- Develop novel error-correction protocols for quantum AI systems
- Author peer-reviewed research papers and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and establish best practices in quantum AI development
- Secure patents for proprietary quantum computing methodologies
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence principles
- Experience with cloud-based quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and statistical mechanics
