Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing modules with machine learning frameworks
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks operating at room temperature
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to prototype quantum processors with AI co-design
- Secure federal grants and partnerships for quantum-AI infrastructure development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning with 5+ years research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Published record in quantum machine learning or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants or DOE/NIST partnerships
