Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for NLP and computer vision applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise scalability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI integration solutions

- Secure and manage $2M+ in annual research grants from tech consortiums

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development with frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and quantum neural networks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or top-tier AI conferences
- Proficiency in quantum circuit optimization and error correction techniques
