Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize quantum processor integration with AI systems
- Develop ethical guidelines for autonomous quantum decision-making systems
- Present findings at international conferences including IEEE Quantum Week and AI Summit
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and AI ethics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or AI research
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum machine learning
- Strong background in complex system modeling and simulation
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding through grants and partnerships
