Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for advanced AI model optimization
- Lead research in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced machine learning

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum research or AI development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks
- Strong background in machine learning, linear algebra, and quantum mechanics
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
