Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for AI acceleration using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Develop theoretical models for quantum error correction in real-time neural networks
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at IEEE/ACM conferences
- Secure $2M+ in federal grants and venture partnerships for emerging tech projects
- Mentor PhD candidates and lead open-source quantum-AI initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry R&D
- Expertise in quantum annealing, superconducting qubits, and topological computing
- Published record in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact publications
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Proven experience securing NSF/DARPA grants and managing research budgets
