Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical AI models for optimization and prediction
- Develop novel error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum neural networks
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into production-ready solutions
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patents in top-tier journals/conferences
- Collaborate with government agencies on national quantum security initiatives
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in quantum machine learning algorithms and tensor networks
- Proficiency in high-performance computing frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ research grants
- Active Q clearance or ability to obtain government clearance
