Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures leveraging quantum processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum advantage in machine learning tasks
- Collaborate on quantum security protocols for next-gen AI systems
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and present at quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and cross-functional engineering teams

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with scientific computing libraries
- Experience with quantum circuit optimization and error correction
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and information theory
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into experimental implementations
