Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead quantum machine learning model development using Qiskit and TensorFlow Quantum
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Publish groundbreaking research in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NASA grants for 2026 quantum initiatives
- Mentor PhD fellows in quantum complexity theory
- Develop proprietary quantum error correction protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years quantum algorithm development using Qiskit/Cirq
- Published work in top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum neural networks
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with parallel computing frameworks
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in information theory and complexity classes
