Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead research in quantum neural networks and hybrid AI-quantum architectures
- Develop proprietary quantum simulation frameworks for large-scale data processing
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for AI workloads
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and present at global tech forums
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through weekly hackathons
- Secure patents for novel quantum-AI methodologies and applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms (VQE, QAOA, Grover's variants)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and Python ML frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science or top-tier conference proceedings
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, information theory, and computational complexity
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
