Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for optimization and simulation tasks
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural networks leveraging error-corrected qubits
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum-AI accelerator architectures
- Lead cross-functional projects with AI specialists and quantum physicists
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Secure and manage research partnerships with academic institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in Python, Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Published research in quantum computing or AI (Nature/Science preferred)
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters and parallel programming
- Ability to obtain US government security clearance (US citizenship required)
