Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Design and implement quantum neural networks with 100+ qubit coherence
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to deploy quantum-AI solutions in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Author peer-reviewed research for Nature Quantum and IEEE journals
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing frameworks for enterprise deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of commercializing quantum technologies
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing systems
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum machine learning
- Ability to secure government and private research funding
