Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for machine learning applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits optimized for near-term quantum processors
- Create predictive models using quantum neural networks for finance and logistics optimization
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to prototype quantum AI solutions
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning frameworks
- Document breakthrough methodologies and publish findings in top-tier journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and error correction techniques
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum information or AI domains
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex multi-variable systems
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, experimental research environments
