As a key architect in our Quantum AI division, you'll develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms that solve previously intractable problems in materials science, cryptography, and optimization. You'll collaborate directly with quantum physicists and machine learning specialists to create novel frameworks that push the boundaries of what's computationally possible.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex data analysis and predictive modeling
- Develop error-corrected quantum circuits optimized for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Create hybrid quantum-classical neural networks with 100x+ performance improvements
- Lead research in quantum-inspired optimization for logistics and supply chain systems
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Author breakthrough research papers for top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of published research in quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to abstract complex quantum phenomena
