Responsibilities
- Design and deploy hybrid quantum-classical AI frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural network architectures
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating quantum algorithms into production-ready solutions
- Author whitepapers on quantum-AI convergence for IEEE and Nature journals
- Establish security protocols for quantum-encrypted AI data pipelines
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance for ML workloads
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum simulation techniques
- Strong background in distributed computing architectures (Kubernetes, Spark)
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $1M+ research grants from NSF or DARPA
