- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, ML engineers, and domain specialists
- Develop proprietary error-correction protocols for quantum-classical interfaces
- Optimize quantum algorithms for AWS Braket and IBM Quantum platforms
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage into scalable industry solutions
- Pioneer novel applications in quantum-encrypted federated learning
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum-AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design (Qiskit, Cirq) and deep learning frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science quantum-AI journals
- Proficiency in quantum machine learning libraries (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor integration
