Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for computational breakthroughs
- Lead cross-disciplinary research teams in quantum machine learning development
- Architect secure quantum-resistant encryption systems for 2026-era infrastructure
- Develop ethical AI frameworks aligned with emerging global technology standards
- Translate theoretical quantum computing concepts into scalable industrial applications
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related computational field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Proven track record of deploying quantum algorithms at enterprise scale
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience leading international research teams with diverse technical backgrounds
