Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-inspired AI algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Optimize neural network architectures for quantum hardware acceleration
- Research and validate novel quantum machine learning methodologies
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to bridge theoretical concepts with practical AI implementation
- Develop patents for breakthrough quantum-AI integration techniques
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging quantum computing paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with quantum computing specialization
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML with published research in quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms and error correction techniques
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and distributed systems
- Track record of deploying production-level quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Strong background in neural network optimization and tensor operations
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
