Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for machine learning optimization

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Expertise in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in deep learning and neural network architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or AI (arXiv, Nature, etc.)
- Experience with quantum hardware providers (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit optimization
