Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision and technical execution for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect robust, scalable systems that integrate emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, Blockchain) with existing infrastructure.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and R&D, to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Establish technical standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for future tech adoption.
- Present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and confidence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Future Tech paradigms.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale technical initiatives and delivering on time.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
