Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and hardware accelerators to drive innovation.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize inference latency, reduce costs, and improve model accuracy across distributed systems.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executives and product managers.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure adherence to industry standards (GDPR, SOC2).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong background in distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Project 2026 Specifics: Proven track record of leading large-scale, high-impact technical projects.
