Job Description
Shape the Future of Intelligence in 2026
Chronos Dynamics is at the forefront of the 2026 technological renaissance. We are seeking a visionary Principal Quantum AI Architect to lead our Quantum Readiness Initiative. If you are passionate about bridging the gap between classical machine learning and quantum computing to solve humanity's most complex problems, this is your opportunity to build the infrastructure of tomorrow.
As a key leader in our 2026 Horizon program, you will design scalable quantum algorithms, optimize neural networks for quantum processors, and define the architectural standards for next-gen AI systems. Join us in defining the era of quantum supremacy.
Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum Algorithms: Design and implement cutting-edge quantum machine learning algorithms tailored for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- Infrastructure Leadership: Lead the architectural strategy for integrating quantum computing clusters with existing cloud AI infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and physicists, fostering a culture of innovation and deep technical excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, identifying emerging quantum technologies and integration points.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable insights for executive stakeholders and cross-functional product teams.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize quantum circuit depth and error correction strategies to maximize computational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, PyQuil) and frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum, PennyLane).
- Deep Learning: Strong background in classical deep learning architectures and their adaptation to quantum paradigms.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, open-ended problems in high-performance computing environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
