Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical roadmap for The 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior strategic or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations and anticipating industry trends.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing diverse, high-performance engineering teams.
