Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the R&D strategy to develop cutting-edge AI architectures that align with our 2026 roadmap goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement large-scale machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Pioneering Research: Push the envelope of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision to create proprietary, breakthrough algorithms.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or principal engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kubernetes).
- Algorithmic Proficiency: Strong background in Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
