Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Principal AI Architect to lead the next generation of artificial intelligence development. As we look toward 2026, we are building the foundational architectures for reasoning models and autonomous agents. If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI, this is your opportunity to define the future.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade engineering, ensuring our AI systems are scalable, secure, and capable of complex reasoning.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Generative AI models optimized for 2026 standards.
- Lead research initiatives focused on emergent capabilities in large language models and multimodal reasoning.
- Design scalable inference pipelines that handle high-throughput, low-latency requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into complex software ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
- Guide the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring robustness and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, with a focus on Transformers and Attention mechanisms.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of LLM architectures, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with high-performance computing, GPU optimization, and distributed training frameworks.
- Strong track record of publishing research or delivering high-impact AI products.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
