Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AGI systems and autonomous agents.
- Lead a team of world-class ML researchers and engineers in designing scalable neural architectures.
- Architect robust infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into real-world applications.
- Publish seminal research papers and contribute to open-source communities.
- Establish best practices for model evaluation, safety, and ethics in AI development.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering teams and projects.
- Expert knowledge of Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with vector databases and large language model fine-tuning (LLM).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
