- Oversee the deployment of high-throughput, low-latency inference pipelines using Rust and Go.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, security, and ethical compliance in autonomous systems.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate 2026 roadmaps into executable technical architectures.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (10+ years of experience required).
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, specifically in Reinforcement Learning and LLM fine-tuning (RLHF).
- Proficiency in high-performance languages such as Rust, C++, or Python with Cython.
- Experience building distributed systems at scale using Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and semantic search technologies.
- Familiarity with Web3 protocols and decentralized verification methods.
