What You'll Do
Design and implement scalable ML pipelines for high-volume data processing.

Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core products.
Ensure data security and ethical AI compliance across all projects.
Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering team.
Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring readiness for 2026 standards.
- Lead the design and deployment of state-of-the-art neural networks and deep learning models.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex AI concepts into actionable solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Edge Computing) and evaluate their feasibility for production use.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Proven experience building and scaling production-grade Generative AI applications.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
