Responsibilities
- Define 2026 Tech Roadmaps: Lead the architectural vision for our Generative AI infrastructure, ensuring it scales for the demands of the next decade.
- Advanced Model Engineering: Spearhead the fine-tuning and optimization of LLMs using PyTorch and custom transformer architectures.
- System Optimization: Design high-throughput, low-latency inference pipelines capable of real-time decision making.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement rigorous safety protocols, bias detection, and compliance standards for all AI outputs.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment of complex ML workloads on AWS/Azure, leveraging Kubernetes and serverless computing.
- Strategic R&D: Prototype emerging technologies such as Agentic Workflows and Multimodal Reasoning.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering with a minimum of 4 years specifically in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Ecosystem.
- Architecture Skills: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus), and RAG architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical strategy into business value.
