Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly, welcoming manner to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Drive sales goals by effectively utilizing sales techniques and product knowledge to close deals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
